HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?
Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” allows for easy replacement, returns, and refunds for:
- Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition
- In Battery only replacement is available if the battery is not working.
- Products not as per description/photo on the website (Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.)
All products must be returned in their original condition along with the bills and labels. Please follow the below-given steps to register your dispute within 7 days of receipt of the product. The company may not entertain disputes registered after 7 days of delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A DISPUTE IS RAISED?
- Reverse Pickup Orders:
After our team reviews your return request, we will arrange for the pickup of the product from your doorstep within 2-3 working days.
If the courier partners don’t work in your area for return pickup then the product is shipped by the customer.
After reviewing your return request, you will receive an email containing the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to send back the product within 10 days. We recommend using an online traceable courier service, India post for returning your items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
EXCHANGE ONLY OPTION FOR ALL PRODUCTS:
- Please note we have very reasonable prices and we deal in wholesale for our products. For all our products, we would like you to exchange them. Therefore for all order values, we will only refund in the SHYAM KRUPA ENTERPRISE wallet so that you can easily buy again any other product suitable for you from our vast collection
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
- We will initiate a refund once the item is picked up by our courier partner. In the case of Cash On Delivery & online payment Order, we will initiate a refund once the item is picked up by our courier partner and we receive the bank details from you for a refund.

CAN I RETURN A PART OF MY ORDER?
- Yes, a return can be created at the item level but if you have ordered multiple quantities of the same item, you cannot initiate a return for a partial quantity.
